Q. When I registered, I selected a double room and named John Smith (also a participant) as my roommate. When John Smith registered, he selected a double room and named me as his roommate. We were both charged for a double room. What should we do ??
A. If you did not mention this unique situation in the "comments" section of your registration, you should contact:
Describe your situation to them to make sure you don't get double charged.
Q. If I registered via the webpage, do I still have to send in the form mailed to me in the first circular ??
A. No. The form in the first circular is meant for people who do not have internet access. If you do not have internet access, you fill out the form and send it to us. You will receive a written registration form via snail mail.
Q. What's the weather like in Bozeman, Montana, in July ??

Q. I am no longer able to attend the symposium. When I cancel my registration, does that mean I can no longer present my poster ??
A. If after cancelling your registration, you would still like to have your poster presented, you must find someone else to present and take responsibility for your poster. If you can't find someone else to take responsibility for your poster, please let us know so we canl remove it from the agenda.
